PAYMENTS , RETURN , REFUNDS OR CANCELATION

USE OF PAYMENT GATEWAY

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your exam fee transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your exam fee transaction. After that is complete, your exam fee transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 1 day. If 1 day have gone by since your submit application form and generate application ID/Submission ID, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be a eligible for a return, your exam fee is refunded in one condition, you submitted the application form but it takes more than 1 day to get your application ID/submission ID.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of submit application form.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned exam fee. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

A) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. We will refund 100% exam fee in 10 working days if there is any exam or post cancelation to all candidates who successfully filled the exam form.

B) Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

C) If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [globalindiadigital@gmail.com].

Note:- Any how your exam fee not return, when submit your application form and gated your application ID/submission ID.

CANCELATION

We will refund 100% exam fee in 10 working days if there is any exam or post cancelation to all candidateswho successfully filled the exam form.

Otherwise- All information, reports, content and access rights purchased on the website are non refundable.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in repent of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

ADDITIONAL  LEGAL  TERMS

 This Agreement will continue until terminated by either then or you. Either party can terminate the Agreement by notifying the other party by telephone or electronic mail of the decision to terminate. Global India Digital/https://gid.org.in may discontinue or change the Web Site or its availability to you, at any time. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to Web Site and supersedes any and all other agreement, oral or in writing, with respect to the Web Site. These terms and conditions are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with laws of India, without regard to the choice or conflicts of law provisions of any Jurisdiction. You agree, in the event of any dispute arising in relation of these terms and conditions or any dispute arising in relation to the platform whether in contract or otherwise, to submit to the jurisdiction of the High court located at Patna.
